Position Summary

Joyco Digital is seeking a versatile Digital Content Producer to create video and photography for client marketing campaigns. This job is based in Bellingham, WA, and you will be expected to be in the office at least part-time.

This is a hands-on production role responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and preparing content for social media, digital advertising, websites, YouTube, and streaming platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical production skills with strong communication, creative judgment, and an understanding of how content supports a client’s marketing goals.

A successful candidate will arrive prepared to capture and deliver content that meets specific client requirements. An exceptional candidate will also understand the client’s audience, brand, and competitive environment and contribute thoughtful ideas that strengthen the overall campaign.

Primary Skills:

• A positive, creative, problem-solving attitude

• The ability to effectively communicate with customers and the internal team

• Ability to communicate an idea or creative narrative to audiences with different levels of understanding

• Video experience

• Understanding of different export settings and formats: Aspect ratio, resolution, bit rate

• An understanding of how to operate DSLR and/or Cinema-grade cameras

• Comfortable leading shoots, directing multiple people who have limited experience on-camera.

• Video Editing experience

• Knowledge of most efficient workflows for fast turnaround

• CapCut, Final Cut or Davinci/Premier

• Log color grading

• Audio mixing

• Captioning

• Photo experience

• Shooting static and dynamic (Photography)

• Export for Web and Social

Skills that will differentiate: 

• Experience making creative and marketing content for Social Media 

• The ability to represent each brand’s unique identity through all creative content

• Experience publishing on: Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok

• Gathering and interpreting Client Marketing Requirements

Salary Range

$25 - $40 / hr DOE

Starting part-time, with the possibility of full-time.
