Jezz has built an impressive career that began as a 19-year-old administrative assistant and evolved from Software Engineering to running large-scale corporate operations.

He has consistently delivered success in articulating & implementing strategies, building and scaling multiple organizations in Cloud, AI, and Analytics. As an award-winning Business Operations expert, Jezz has unique experience from start-ups through large-scale corporations, defining and driving priorities to deliver success in low-margin markets whilst enabling an efficient culture that amplifies creativity.

With over 20 years as a leader of teams and organizations, Jezz knows that a successful company is underpinned by highly motivated and well-trained employees who collectively deliver on a clear, data-driven, and routinely tested Strategy.

Outside of Joyco, Jezz considers himself very fortunate to be a Husband and Dad whilst liking nothing more than composing music and being on stage singing/playing guitar/bass - largely making a lot of wonderful noise… Also, there’s the deep-nerding, climbing, and messing around on boats!
